Note there are 8 steps with handrail to access the clinic. If the stairs are not manageable for you, we can arrange an online or distance session. 

If your session is online I recommend some form of video link so we can see each other. I generally use Zoom but happy to talk through options and use whatever medium you are most comfortable with. Over the phone is also fine if you’d prefer.
