Heidi…
I hold a Certificate IV and Diploma in Kinesiology.
I knew little about this modality until I experienced it first hand with inspiring results. I had a water skiing accident over 20 years ago and had intermittent back pain ever since. Regular chiropractic and osteopath treatments managed the pain however I was only getting relief for a limited time (generally having treatments every 3 months, sometimes more). At the suggestion of a friend I tried kinesiology, approaching it with an open, yet somewhat sceptical and wary mind. The Kinesiologist didn’t even touch my back yet I walked away with no back pain. I was very impressed but wondered how long the benefits would last. That back pain has been non-existent since.
I was so impressed I commenced studying kinesiology to learn more and continue to be amazed at what it can achieve. Kinesiology operates on the premise that your emotions and emotional trauma can and will impact you – not just mentally but also physically and in other ways. It has a holistic focus and this concept resonates with me. It’s similar to a counselling session with a physical balance as well.
My aim is to assist you to bring your body, mind and soul back into a healthy balance/equilibrium, so you too can experience the positive effects Kinesiology can have on your life.
